Well that is why we are offering you this chance to start, get back into it or continue in feeling STRONGER, FITTER, HEALTHIER & HAPPIER.
We have a number of classes online (for now) including classes that don't require you to have equipment, full body workouts, kettlebells, early morning sessions, evenings and weekends! We have it all going on, and if you don't see a class that takes your fancy drop us a message and I am sure we can work something out!

Sam Murray - Our head of Fitness, Strength & Conditioning Coach and all round superstar!
Sam is our head of fitness, superstar coach and all round fab human being. She is a true believer, an advocate even, in strength training and what it can do for you both physically and mentally.
Sam started her fitness journey over a decade ago. She found her passion for hard style kettlebells (this isn't as scary as it sounds) and became a Strong First Instructor in 2013.
Sam has taken some time out from coaching but has never lost the love for it. She soon realised where her heart was and came home. Sam is an outstanding coach who will not only help you get stronger, she will support and help you every step of your journey.
